Email us at relationshipxpapp@gmail.com. To help us understand the issue, include a short description of what happened, your device type, and the version of RelationshipXP you are using.

Please do not send passwords, pairing codes, private photos, or other sensitive information. We will reply as soon as we can.

If you are having trouble joining your shared space:

• Confirm that you are using the latest pairing code.
• Check that both devices have a stable internet connection.
• Close and reopen the app, then try the pairing flow again.

If the problem continues, contact support and tell us which step you reached and what message appeared on screen.

Daily selfies, moods, and shared-question answers use a mutual reveal. Your partner’s contribution appears after you add your own response for that part of the ritual.

If an entry does not update, check your connection and reopen the app. If it is still missing, email support with the date of the entry and the feature affected.

Shared activity can contribute to your Memory Book, XP, levels, streaks, achievements, and quests. Some updates may take a moment to sync between both devices.

If progress looks incorrect after reopening the app, send us the approximate time of the activity and a description of what you expected to see.

To report a privacy or safety concern, email us with enough detail to locate and review the issue. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
