Private shared space, not a public feed.
Your ritual content is designed for the partner paired with you. RelationshipXP does not create public relationship rankings or public activity profiles.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when you use RelationshipXP. Depending on the features you use, that may include:
- Account details and information used to pair your shared space.
- Your solo daily selfies, moods, shared-question answers, quest confirmations, and other content you add.
- Shared progress such as XP, levels, streaks, achievements, and Memory Book entries.
- Messages and information you send when you contact us for support.
We may also receive basic technical and usage information, such as device type, app version, diagnostics, and interactions with app features. This helps us operate, protect, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide and maintain your private shared space.
- Power mutual reveals, the Memory Book, shared XP, levels, streaks, achievements, quests, and the evolving world.
- Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, protect the service, and improve reliability and usability.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
RelationshipXP does not use your activity to rate the quality or health of your relationship.
What your partner sees
RelationshipXP is designed for a paired space. Content you add to shared features is intended to be visible to the partner paired with you. Daily selfies, moods, and answers use a mutual-reveal mechanic: your partner’s equivalent contribution is revealed after you add yours.
Completed daily entries may appear in your shared Memory Book. RelationshipXP is not designed around public profiles, public feeds, leaderboards, or partner-versus-partner rankings.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide RelationshipXP, maintain the integrity of shared features, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
You may request account or personal-information deletion by emailing us. Because RelationshipXP contains shared records, deleting one person’s account or content can affect what remains visible in the paired space. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups, security records, or where retention is legally required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a strong account credential, protect your pairing code, and contact us if you believe your account or shared space has been compromised.
Your choices and rights
You can choose what to contribute to daily rituals and quests, update available account information, manage permissions through your device, unpair where the product allows, and ask us about access, correction, or deletion of your information.
Privacy rights vary by location. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some requests may be limited where an exception applies.
Children’s privacy
RelationshipXP is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Read our Child Safety Standards for more information about prohibited content and reporting concerns.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as RelationshipXP changes. When we make material updates, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice through the service or another appropriate channel. The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
