01

Scope and age requirements

These standards apply to all RelationshipXP accounts, shared spaces, uploads, messages to support, and other use of the service. RelationshipXP is not intended for children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required in their location.

02

Zero tolerance for child exploitation

RelationshipXP prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form. Prohibited activity includes:

  • Creating, uploading, storing, requesting, sharing, or promoting child sexual abuse material.
  • Sexualizing a minor, including through edited, generated, or self-created imagery.
  • Grooming, coercing, trafficking, sextorting, or attempting to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
  • Encouraging a minor to create or share sexual or exploitative content.
  • Using the service to identify, target, threaten, blackmail, or otherwise endanger a child.
03

Prevention and product design

RelationshipXP is designed as a private paired space rather than a public social network. It does not center public discovery, leaderboards, or public content feeds. We use a combination of product controls, technical safeguards, support review, and enforcement processes to reduce abuse and respond to reports.

No safeguard can eliminate every risk. Users should never share a pairing code publicly and should report suspicious access or content.

04

How to report a concern

Report suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or an account that may be endangering a child by emailing relationshipxpapp@gmail.com. Include the relevant account or shared-space information, a concise description, and any other details that may help us locate the issue.

Do not send or forward illegal sexual imagery of a child in a report. Describe the content and where it appeared so it can be reviewed safely.

05

How we respond

We review child-safety reports and may preserve relevant records, restrict features, disable accounts, remove content, prevent re-registration, or take other steps appropriate to the risk and available evidence.

We may also take action when harmful conduct occurs outside RelationshipXP but creates a credible safety risk within the service. We do not provide detailed enforcement information when doing so could compromise safety, privacy, or an investigation.

06

Legal reporting and cooperation

We may preserve and disclose information to relevant authorities, child-protection organizations, or other appropriate parties when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect a child from harm. We respond to valid legal requests and may cooperate with investigations consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

07

Privacy and sensitive reports

Child-safety reports may contain sensitive information. We limit their use to safety review, enforcement, support, legal compliance, and the protection of people and the service. We do not promise confidentiality when disclosure is necessary to protect a child or comply with law.

08

Standards and updates

We may update these standards as the service, technology, and safety risks evolve. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Questions or concerns about these standards can be sent to our contact email.
